Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Wordflip inc ("Wordflip", "we", "us"), which operates wordflip.ai. By creating an account or using Wordflip you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Wordflip provides AI-assisted writing tools, including a humanizer, paraphraser, sentence rewriter and AI-likelihood checker. Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Always review output before you use it.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Wordflip, and at least 18 or have a parent's permission to buy a plan. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One free account per person.

Responsible use

Wordflip is a writing tool. You are responsible for how you use what it produces. You agree not to use Wordflip to:

• break the rules of your school, employer, publisher or any platform you submit work to, including rules about AI assistance;
• submit work as entirely your own where that is prohibited;
• plagiarize, or remove attribution from someone else's work;
• create spam, scams, fake reviews, impersonation, misinformation or any illegal content;
• overload, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service.

AI-likelihood scores are estimates, not proof. Don't use them as the only basis for decisions about another person.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text you submit and the results you receive. You give us permission to process your text only to provide the service. Don't submit content you don't have the right to use.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice before your next renewal. Payments are handled by Stripe. Word allowances reset monthly and unused words don't roll over. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Wordflip running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Disclaimers

Wordflip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result from any AI detector, grader or platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Wordflip is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account any time by emailing [email protected].

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of São Paulo, Brazil.
